Getting enough sleep each night is essential for keeping stress levels under control as well as staying healthy and energized throughout the day. Minimizing tablets, phones and other electronics before bedtime can also contribute to a better night's sleep as these devices emit blue light which can keep the body awake even at night. 3. Praise Good Behavior
Positive reinforcement is a great way to show your child how much you appreciate his or her good behavior. You can give your child a sticker or a hug for healthily handling their emotions. Your children must know that they are being praised for their good behavior because praise is a powerful motivator for children.

4. Hobbies/Activities to Relieve Stress
There are also many other activities that your child can do to help them manage stress.
